We want you to feel confident in your RIXO ⋆ purchase; if your piece isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags and security ribbons attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Goods
Place the items back into their original RIXO ⋆ packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly and all original designer tags remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use the QR code provided at your local drop-off point to secure it to the outside of your parcel.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team has inspected your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
